5C-Q75 Pneumatic Stapler for 38-75mm

This robust and reliable staple nailer leaves nothing to be desired: The 5C-Q75 processes Q-staples from 38 - 75 mm in length and a back width of 11.2 mm. With these staple dimensions, even load-bearing elements in wood construction can be sustainably fastened. Whether plasterboard, Fermacell or OSB boards, with the help of the individually adjustable depth setting directly on the device, the 5C-Q75 sinks the staples securely and flush in the material. The easy-to-open quick-release fastener on the tool nose also provides unhindered access to the weft channel. This allows any jams that may occur in the tool to be removed quickly and easily. To switch the nailer from single shot to contact triggering, simply turn the adjustment knob, which is integrated directly into the trigger lever. Now large areas can be shot in the shortest possible time, such as in box and pallet production or in prefabricated house construction. Thanks to its reinforced driver, the 5C-Q75 is also perfect for industrial requirements. The Q-staples are inserted via the sturdy top-loader magazine, which greatly simplifies reloading. The pneumatic nailer has a rubber tool guard on both sides and is supplied as standard in a high-quality metal case.

The PREBENA "Q" staple is one of the ETA-certified building products approved for structural timber engineering according to Eurocode 5. The ETA certificate became valid throughout Europe on April 1, 2019, replacing all previous building authority approvals. The Q-clamp is available in the versions galvanized resinated (CNKHA), in heavily galvanized resinated (CSVHA-ETA) as well as in the high-quality stainless steel 1.4301 (rust and acid resistant - CRFHA-ETA).
