Prebena Service System (PSS) - repairs at a fixed price

How does it work?
There are fixed repair prices for all PREBENA standard devices (not older than 10 years - spare parts still available).
There are 6 price groups:
- Pneumatic nailer = price group 1 - 6
- Compressors = repair on request
- Manual staple and XR devices for DIY = repair on request
The following services are included in the fixed price:
- Returns only
- Complete review of the device
- Check and, if necessary, change all wearing parts
- Professional repairs including all spare parts
- Cleaning and lubrication
- Final safety and functional testing
- 6-month guarantee on the repaired device
- no guarantee on compressor boilers
Devices that are returned incomplete cannot be repaired at a fixed price.
Missing components will not be added as part of the flat rate, but will be charged additionally.
Fixed prices do not apply in the event of a fall, violence or total economic loss following excessive wear and tear on the device.
Fixed prices do not apply in the event of improper use, such as using the wrong ones
Fasteners in a pneumatic nailer or operating a compressor with unsuitable or no oil.

This is how it works:
1. Put your desired item in the shopping cart and then order it. (By completing your purchase, you confirm to us that we can repair the device you sent in at a fixed price.)
2. Send your device along with a copy of your invoice or order confirmation to the following address: PREBENA Wilfried Bornemann GmbH & Co. KG Repair service Seestrasse 20-26 63679 Scots GERMANY
3. After the repair, the device will be sent back to the address you provided. (Please note that delivery times for repairs may sometimes be longer than stated in the article.)
