When it comes to discreet fastening of all types of moldings and trims, the compact 2P-J50SDS pneumatic nailer for headless pins (brads) is the perfect choice. Weighing only 1.25 kg, this powerful nailer processes J-brads in lengths from 16 to 50 mm. The driver, precisely matched to the small 2 mm head diameter, leaves no marks on the material and countersinks the brads flush and almost invisibly into the wood when the air pressure is properly adjusted. The 2P-J50SDS is therefore ideal for cabinet making and interior finishing applications.
As standard, this headless pin nailer is equipped with a safety trigger and operates in single-shot mode. The exhaust air can be individually adjusted, and the integrated silencer ensures comfortable operation, even indoors. Despite its high driving power, the 2P-J50SDS works recoil-free and is user-friendly thanks to its side-loading magazine. A sturdy plastic carrying case is included in the scope of delivery. As an accessory, Prebena offers a protective contact tip with imprint protection (Item No.: A980031.01), which is especially suitable for use on delicate surfaces.
The J-brads used in this headless pin nailer are available in CNKHA (galvanized, resin-coated steel) and CRF (material 1.4301, stainless and acid-resistant) versions, making them particularly suitable for outdoor applications such as window and door construction. Like many other fastening elements, Prebena J-brads are manufactured, tested, and approved in Germany according to the highest quality standards. For mobile use, the J-Box is recommended. It safely stores up to 8,000 brads in the most common lengths and can be refilled as needed.
For DIY users and non-commercial applications, Prebena recommends the 2XR-J50, which processes the same headless pins.
